We have been trying to migrate most of our print journals to e-only
but have come up against real problems in the case of Portland Press,
publisher of Biochemical Journal, and Biochemical Society Transactions
amongst others. In spite of having paid them, which in itself was a
long saga, we still don't have electronic access. It appears this
publisher perhaps has technological infrastructure problems.

Are others suffering with this publisher, or is it just us?
