But isn't Academia.edu benefiting in its business from having your
article, to which you assigned the rights to Elsevier, in its system?
It didn't own the rights, nor did you, after you signed over the
rights to Elsevier. So it is building its business on IP it  doesn't
own. What am i misreading here?
