As Co-Chair of NISO's Transfer Standing Committee, I'm following this
with interest.

Is "reason for transfer" perhaps a field we should consider adding to
the ETAS (Enhanced Transfer Alerting Service)?

Dear Sage:  Which of the transfers are because Sage as purchased a
smaller publisher, and which are because a journal has chosen to move
its titles from another collection to Sage's?  Or is there some other
way to understand these additions?

[ILR Review shows up as both a tranfer and a title change, it seems.]
