Of possible interest, EBSCO projects 6-8% in list prices for academic
journals. Remember that since so many library arrangements involve
packages and price caps -- these percentages are rather higher than
what libraries may actually experience. How many libraries pay list
price any more, after all?

The report is skeptical that open access will make for rapid changes
in the price picture.
