Dear Colleagues,

This is the last reminder for anyone interested in completing an
online survey about perpetual access to electronic serials. The survey
will close at 5:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday, September 17, 2013.

The survey seeks to ascertain the extent to which perpetual access is
being pursued and provided for electronic serial titles that have been
canceled, have ceased, or have transferred to different publishers.
Anyone working at a library that has had the opportunity to test
perpetual access provisions - whether successful or not – is
encouraged to participate. The survey is short and should take no
more than 10 minutes to complete.

You can complete the survey here:
https://hofstra.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_8DiDlmt3btVbdxb.

Results of this survey may be included in a future publication and/or
presentation. All answers will be kept confidential.

Thank you in advance for your participation.

Sincerely,

Sally Glasser
