For those of you who have participated (or will be participating) in
Occam's Reader, how have you handled licensing issues? Have you spoken
with vendors to clarify this specific type of lending of e-books? Have
you understood lending through Occam's Reader to be permitted under
your existing licenses? How have you interpreted Occam's Reader
lending under SERU agreements?

Any thoughts that you can provide are most helpful!
