The UK’s main governmental research funding body, RCUK, reviewed its
open access policy last year.  In the report it issued:

you can see a table of spend by publisher spend in Table 4 on page 13.
As there are other funders (not least the Wellcome) these figures do
not represent the full extend of UK spend on gold OA.  Also, they
combine spend for hybrid and ‘pure’ OA.
