WHAT IS IT?

* A free, one-day program: Measuring Value in Academic Library Collections

*  November 12, 2014 from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM at the Massachusetts
College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences Griffin Building

* A thought-provoking program with opportunities to network and share
with colleagues.

WHAT TOPICS?

We seek presentation proposals related to any aspect of e-resource
management and collection development that illuminates the value of
e-collections for an academic library. Examples include, but are
certainly not limited to:

- Collection Assessment
- Collection Analysis
- Tools for Analysis
- Is the Big Deal a Good Deal?
- Organizational Structures for Strategic Collection Assessment
- Workflows for Successful Collection Analysis and Assessment
- Collection Analysis Best Practices Applied

The DEADLINE for submitting a proposal is Friday, September 12, 2014.

Key Dates:

Fri 9/12: Proposals due
Wed 9/17: Presenters notified
Fri 9/19: Presenters confirm commitment to present
Thu 9/25: Registration opens
Wed 11/5: Presentation materials due
Wed 11/12: Program day!
