The 5th Conference on Open Access Scholarly Publishing (COASP) is to
be held this year at the Radisson Blu Latvija in Riga, Latvia. The
preliminary program is now available on the conference website
http://oaspa.org/conference/, together with details of how to register
for this event.

Early bird registration fees are available until 30th June and further
reductions are offered to OASPA and OAPEN members.  Members of OASPA
are also invited to participate in the fifth General Meeting of OASPA
on September 18th.
