Sandy, the UK Government has come to realise that far from being bad
for business, a less restrictive copyright regime is actually good for
business. This is the "innovation agenda" David referred to. And it is
an agenda upon which both parts of our Coalition Government, the
Conservatives and the Liberal Democrats, are able to unite. Our
economy, like yours, needs to grow and not be stifled by laws from the
past.
