whole list.   The journals are hosted on OJS and the service was
creatively named FloridaOJ.

The ones most likely to fit would be the ones I fondly refer to as the
"bugsRus" collection.  It started with the Florida Entomologist back
in the mid-90s when its editor came to us to help make it freely
available online so that scientists worldwide from places with similar
bugs but less money would have access.  The society supported the
digitization of the backfile.
