I have a bit of a problem. We subscribe to NEJM's Journal Watch and
our remote access is handled through EZ-Proxy (OCLC). Our problem
originally was an infinite spin - the page wouldn't load.

When we first reported the problem, NEJM's solution was to send us to
another customer who had had the same problem and had a link we could
use. Good news, that solved the problem we were having, but created a
new one.

We can get in, it loads but now it treats the user as if they aren't
authenticated at all. When they click a link it pops up a sign-in
screen you will see a pop-up a message to purchase a subscription.

If anyone has experienced this we'd really like to talk to you.

If anyone has a trick to get NEJM to answer email that would be useful
as well since they seem to have stopped answering mine
