Electronic Resources Librarian

Purdue University Libraries

Purdue University Libraries seeks an Electronic Resources Librarian
who will play a critical role in the development, implementation, and
evolution of strategies and workflows relating to the acquisitions and
management of electronic resources. This position requires a thorough
understanding of and experience in all aspects of acquiring,
evaluating, incorporating, and supporting ongoing access to electronic
resources. This position will take the lead role in managing
publisher/vendor license negotiations. This position will collaborate
on consortial electronic resources acquisition and licensing
activities as needed within the Big Ten Academic Alliance and the
Academic Libraries of Indiana and will serve as the designated
electronic resources officer. The Electronic Resources Librarian will
report to the Assistant Dean for Collections and Access.

This position is classified as administrative/professional.
