Good Afternoon,

Have any of you recently addressed licenses that are trying to limit
the downloading of content to a set number of hand held devices?

In this particular case, the publisher has acknowledged they are
unable to monitor this. We also are unable to monitor this much less
able to take action if anyone is going over the limit.

Since the licensed usage would be unlimited, I question why there
would be a need to limit the number of devices. Is this a trend for
the future?

Have you been able to convince publishers to drop this requirement?
Another option is to not purchase the product.
