Hi all,

In general, we do not accept the vendor's definitions of "Site". IN
the license agreement we change the language to read :

Site : _XYZ University Inc. _ with offices at _1234 SW 12 Street,
Big City , FL_

The Site is the whole institution.

It is the pricing that matters. The bottom line $$$.

We do all of our authentication through a proxy server with username
and password verified.

** My motto is : _"We provide access to Persons not Places"_

I repeat this to all of my vendors.

I ask the vendors to base their prices on FTE - or numbers of people
that will be provided access. People not places. The "Sites" and the
locations are irrelevant.

They can write down whatever they want - If they want to consider us 1
site - that's ok - if they want to consider us 3 or 4 sites that is
fine too. I don't really care what they have to do for their
paperwork.
