Dear Colleagues,

You are invited to participate in a research study (10-15 min) about
Open Educational Resources (OER) and their impact on library
collecting practices. This survey is intended to gather current and
future trends from the perspective of those involved in library
collections work.

The study is being conducted by Benjamin G. Jahre
<[log in to unmask]>, Head of Electronic Resources, Lafayette
College, and Jason B. Reed <[log in to unmask]>, Assistant Professor
of Library Science/Health Sciences Information Specialist, Purdue
University and School of Information Studies. Purdue University’s
Human Research Protections Program has determined that this project
qualifies for exemption from IRB review and as such the risks
associated with the study are no greater than those experienced in
everyday life.
