members at a meeting on Friday, is a central plank in modernising the
organisation and shifting it from being a paper-based business to one
with a central, searchable digital content repository. It will give
Standards Australia much greater clout in future negotiations over the
rights to the standards and rules for hundreds of industries across
Australia such as plumbing, food safety and electrical wiring.
