*Important updates for administrators*

   1. Managing your account
      - The account management system is moving to Liblynx
      <https://www.liblynx.com/> by Feb, 15
      - COUNTER 4 and COUNTER 5 reports for 2019 and 2020, usages reports
      from the new platform will be accessible in Liblynx
      <https://www.liblynx.com/>
      - SUSHI access details will change, so a new URL and API key has to
      be set up by the administrators
      - Current account administrators will receive an invitation from
      Liblynx <https://www.liblynx.com/> after Feb, 15



   1. Managing your content
      - Librarian can review institution's entitlements under "My Products"
      in the upper-right corner of degruyter.com

      2. Managing your IP addresses
      - The IP management for subscription has moved to The IP Registry
      - Use of The IP Registry is free for libraries and will enable you to
      manage IP addresses for all your subscriptions in one place and broadcast
      changes with just one click to multiple publishers, including De Gruyter

4.       Managing the URLs

·         URLs for the different types of pages on degruyter.com has
changed and redirects for all previously used URLs are in place so that
access to content will be seamless

·         Where possible use DOI links in your catalog and listings to make
sure that no changes are required
