[With apologies for cross-posting]

Hi All,

I thought you might be interested to hear about the eLife Innovation
Sprint 2019 – a two-day collaborative event where developers,
designers, researchers, technologists, science communicators and
everyone enthusiastic about open science come together to address the
challenges faced in science publishing.

The Innovation Sprint will take place at Cambridge Junction – J2,
Cambridge, UK. It will run from 9am–5.30pm on Wednesday and Thursday,
September 4–5, 2019. For further details, please visit
https://sprint.elifesciences.org.

The final deadline for applications is this Sunday, June 9. If you're
interested in joining us in September, you can apply here.

We're especially on the lookout for applications from underrepresented
genders and minority communities, so any help with spreading the word
would be very much appreciated.

We look forward to hopefully seeing some of you there! If you have any
questions, please don't hesitate.

Best wishes,

Emily
