SCOAP3 is about to start operation, and CERN is now hiring a SCOAP3
Consortium  Manager.

The successful candidate will lead the formation of the SCOAP3
Consortium, concluding agreements among all participants and will in
parallel oversee the preparation of a detailed operational and
organizational infrastructure.

Following a successful start of the SCOAP3 operation, the manager will
then take the overall operational lead of the consortium, monitoring
the implementation of this Open Access initiative, managing its budget
and reporting to its financial backers, pro-actively fostering
consensus across consortium participants, and representing SCOAP3 on
the international Open Access scene for outreach and knowledge
transfer.
