My deepest thanks to all of you who responded, both on and off list.
You've given me a great deal to think about....and much more to learn.
I don't object to learning, but about the time I think I know
something...well, you know. I've saved all responses and shared them
with my boss for consideration. I really appreciate having
knowledgeable colleagues to ask questions of.
