Yes. The reliance not by tech services but by subject librarians ,
collection development librarians, and on intricate and various PDA
schemes will be more convincing than the business case for changing or
at least be as strong an argument as fiscal prudence.

I think the strategic asset is Gobi.  This is a smart move by EBSCO.
