Oregon State University is crafting a copyright policy that includes
the use of a fair use checklist similar to the one originally created
by Kenny Crews. We’d like to know if other institutions use the
checklist, and if so, how the checklist is implemented. If your campus
uses a checklist, we invite you to complete the following survey,
which takes approximately 5 minutes. The results are for internal use
only.
