Dear colleagues,

the first "overlay" journal, was issued on 28. Feb. from the
arXiv-plattform using Scholastica — A journal management and
publishing platform:

Two recent nature news introduced this new kind of journal publishing
out of an eprint-plattform:

"Leading mathematician launches arXiv 'overlay' journal Journal that
reviews papers from preprint server aims to return publishing to the
hands of academics.
