OSA Launches New Digital Archive Licensing Option

The Optical Society (OSA) http://www.osa.org announces the launch of
its new OSA Digital Archive - a product that was developed in response
to customer feedback and offers institutions with the option to
acquire perpetual rights to 88 years of OSA journal, magazine, and
conference proceeding content for a one-time purchase.  The archive
provides access to pioneering research in optics and photonics from
all of OSA's core publications including research published by Nobel
Laureates and prestigious members of the physics and engineering
communities.

The OSA Digital Archive includes approximately 108,000 articles from
all of OSA's flagship publications and conference proceedings
including:

•       Optics Express, 1997-2005
•       Optics Letters, 1977-2005
•       Applied Optics, 1962-2005
•       Journal of the Optical Society of America A, 1984-2005
•       Journal of the Optical Society of America B, 1984-2005
•       Journal of the Optical Society of America, 1917-1983
•       Optics and Photonics News, 1990-2005
•       Optics News, 1975-1989
•       OSA Conference Proceedings, 1979-2005

As part of the OSA Digital Archive, perpetual ownership rights can be
purchased for applicable content from the first issue of publication
