Sunshine,

We don’t have a standard clause but will refer to the newly defined
LIBLICENSE model license since this is one of its new features.

Do you have a standard text/data mining clause that you attempt to
include in your licenses (as appropriate)?  We are interested in
seeing what other institutions are asking for.  We already have
examples from well known model licenses such as CDL, CRL, etc?
