OASPA is delighted to have UNESCO hosting the 6th Conference on Open
Access Scholarly Publishing at their Paris Headquarters
(http://www.unesco.org/new/en/unesco/about-us/) from 17-19 September
2014. Program planning for the event is well underway.

As in previous years, the conference is directed towards the interests
of professional publishing organisations, independent publishers and
university presses, as well as librarians, university administrators
and other stakeholders. Participants will have the opportunity to hear
from many leading figures within the open access publishing
environment.

The Program Committee have decided to open up one of the sessions
within the conference program as a Show & Tell opportunity for
exciting new projects relating to open access publishing. Six slots
are available and organisations are invited to submit a proposal to us
for a 10 minute presentation showcasing their project.

All proposals should be submitted by 31 May 2014 at the latest to
[log in to unmask] The committee will review the suggestions and notify
authors of the successful proposals by the end of June.
