I’m looking for guidance on how others have handled terms and
conditions/licenses that come with print materials.  Sometimes these
come on the verso of an invoice or packing slip, may or may not
require signature, but presumably would be ‘manifest assent’ by paying
the invoice or accepting the print materials.
