Hi Ann,

Sheri Ross teaches a class on e-resources at St. Catherine University:

and the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Library and
Information Studies offers a course on Electronic Resource Management
and Licensing:

(http://public.my.wisc.edu/portal/f/u124l1s4/p/CourseGuide-Browse-Courses.u124l1n31/detached/render.uP?pCm=view&pP_courseID=023474&pP_subjectId=544&pP_topicId=0&pP_action=courseDetail&pP_termCode=1154).

Those are the two that I've heard of but I'm sure there are more out there.

Best,
Eugenia
