Hi all,

Thank you to everyone who has taken part in our research on the use of
social media in the library to date. Your input has been invaluable.
Using insights from our qualitative research interviews, focus groups
and Twitter party, we have created an online survey to help inform our
white paper on the use and best practice of social media in the
library:

https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/WLCYSRV

Through this survey, we hope to establish how the use of social media
differs by job role in the library and to determine the most useful
social media tools and best applications for these tools in a library
setting. The survey will examine:

- Using Social Media Channels in the Library

- Measurability: The Impact of Social Media in the Library

- Trends of Social Media in the Library

- The Future of Social Media in the Library

The White Paper will be supplemented with a practical guide on using
social media in the library, filled with tips, recommendations and
case studies. Complete the survey by Monday, July 28th to contribute
to our research and share your experiences to benefit the library
community (t&c apply). If you complete the survey in its entirety,
you will be entered in a drawing to win a $100 Amazon Gift card.
Three winners will be selected.

For more information about the White Paper, visit:

Thanks again, for your interest and input.

Best wishes,
Aalia Oosman
