Hi William

Is that true about the embargo only applying to Elseveir-branded
post-peer review accepted manuscripts?  Are you saying that as long as
there is nothing on the accepted manuscript that says ‘Elsevier’ then
the author is free to make it available through their repository
without embargo?  If true this is not made clear on Elsevier’s policy
page on sharing:
