The sentence you say was plagiarized from the healthculturesociety
wiki site actually appears, along with the following sentence, at the
WHO site cited in the reference:
http://www.who.int/topics/gender/en/index.html

The two sentences should have been set in quotes, but at least the
original(?) source was cited in the article.

(This isn't meant as a defense of Social Sciences Directory, about
which I know little.)
