Dear All:  thank you to all those who are sending your 2016 price
lists to liblicense-l.  We get so many of these that, some years ago,
we made a policy to not forward them to the list - unless there's
something particularly distinctive about them beyond the usual.

That also goes for the "other time of year," i.e., when Journal Impact
Factors are released.  Again, we receive numerous announcements that
would dwarf any other ongoing messages or discussion, so we don't
forward routine JIF messages to the list either.  But, again, if there's
something truly Major about a JIF message, it might be a consideration.

Thank you for remembering liblicense-l and for your understanding,
And do keep sending messages with distinctive announcements,
discussion, etc.
