I wouldn't be surprised if that happened if for no other reason than
they're the only ones with enough money to do it.  Likely they'd run
both products for a short time while they build the most
wanted/valuable features into WOS then raise the price on WOS and
sunset Scopus.  I'm not being sarcastic, honest, it's what I expect
will happen.
