COUNTER Ebook Statistics:  Vendor Survey

COUNTER recently commissioned Information Power Ltd (IPL) to carry out
an international survey of libraries and library consortia of their
requirements for ebook usage statistics. 475 libraries and consortia
responded. IPL have synthesised these responses and prepared a list of
the main topics raised, concerns and areas for discussion and
improvements, the majority of which are part of this survey.

We are asking all types of ebook vendors to respond to this survey to
see how practical it would be to implement such changes. Although the
survey will only take about 10 minutes to complete, it is quite broad
ranging and it may require input from different parts of your
organisation.
