There is still time to register for the 5th Conference on Open Access
Scholarly Publishing (COASP 2013), this year taking place at the
Radisson Blu Latvija in Riga from 18-20 September.

For details of the program, confirmed speakers and how to register, go
to http://oaspa.org/conference/.  Reductions are available for OASPA
and OAPEN members.

Registrations for the conference will close on August 31st.
