Dear Colleagues,

My colleague Jo Alcock and I are creating a programme called Mindful
Leadership for Women comprised of a series of short, fully-facilitated
online courses designed for women working in academic and professional
libraries, publishing, and related fields.

The programme is in part inspired by our own professional journeys, by
the shared experiences of many women in our sector, and by the
extremely positive feedback and encouragement we have received from
colleagues following a leadership-themed workshop we facilitated at
this year’s UKSG Conference.

The first course within the programme is entitled Overcoming Imposter
Syndrome. We will be offering a pilot version of this 4-week course in
November of this year. Full details are available here:

Places are limited and interest to date has been very encouraging so

We will also be offering the course as an in-person workshop for
