I'm not sure we do. Mendeley is looking, at this point 3 years later,
like a great example of a company that was acquired & which has
continued to prosper. I get the concerns; We had the same ones when
Mendeley was acquired.  What I said then was "wait & see".  I would
suggest the same approach with SSRN.
