Hello, and apologies for any confusion about this announcement.
Hopefully I can clarify.

All content from these journals already purchased and hosted on
SpringerLink will remain permanently accessible in perpetuity. After
2016 Springer will not add new content from these 17 French journals.
For access to these journals after 2016, customers should contact
Lavoisier.

These journals include:

-Journal Africain du Cancer / African Journal of Cancer
-Revue de Synthèse
-Revue de médecine périnatale
-BMSAP
-Oncologie
-Journal Africain d'Hépato-Gastroentérologie
-Psycho-Oncologie
-Réanimation
-Les cahiers de l'année gérontologique
-Phytothérapie
-Douleur et Analgésie
-Annales françaises de médecine d'urgence
-Obésité
-Médecine et Chirurgie du Pied
-Côlon & Rectum
-Bulletin de la Société de pathologie exotique
-Acta Endoscopica

I hope this helps!

http://www.stm-publishing.com/springer-verlag-france-sells-french-language-stm-assets-to-lavoisier/

"The transaction is effective as of 1 September 2014. Archives and the
articles to be published up to and including December 2016 will
continue to be accessible online via SpringerLink. All past and
current subscribers will have continued access to the journals
archives on the Springer platforms."

For those who want the archives after 2016, be sure to clarify how to
effect that. Article doesn't say exactly which assets are involved.
