Hi, Terry,

It would be better for you if you could get them to strike it and
replace with reference to US law and your state law. There are
similarities, but as noted you will be much more familiar with US law.

It's worth asking for, though sometimes they won't budge. If you don't
think it is a license that will give you and your users much problem,
then it may be worth accepting the risk of having to learn about UK
