As a Dutch researcher it seems this is a non agreement (based on this
press release).

Under Dutch copyright law article 25f sharing postprints freely after
a reasonable amount of time (commonly defined as 6-12 months) has
already been legal for several years. The only difference would be if
the publisher will actively make this happen, because now the author
has to do it, but there is no indication in the press release that's
the case here.
