Swets Information Services B.V. Bankruptcy: Next steps from SAGE

SAGE appreciates that Swets Information Services B.V. being declared
bankrupt will cause considerable work for libraries who have
previously subscribed through Swets and we are doing all we can to
help minimise the impact during the renewal season. We hope this
message gives you all the information you need.

Over the next week we will be sending print and online renewal notices
for Swets customers direct to our library customers who previously
ordered through Swets. You can then pass this information to your new
agent or you can renew direct with SAGE. If you would like our
assistance in transferring to a new agent simply email
[log in to unmask], giving us the name of your new agent. We
will work with them to transition your subscriptions. If you don't
receive a renewal from us within the next week do let us know.

SAGE's gracing policy enables to you to access your online journals
for up to 90 days after your subscription expires. Do contact us at
the email address above if you are concerned that you are about to
lose access and we will do all we can to help during the renewal
season.

If you previously accessed your subscribed to SAGE content via
Swetswise, you can now access this content directly from SAGE
Journals. Please contact [log in to unmask] and we will
ensure your SAGE Journals account is set up.

Please contact SAGE's Customer Services representatives if you have
recently made any payments to Swets for subscription renewals relating
to SAGE journals so they can review the status of these renewals.
They can also help with any other renewal queries you may have about
individual SAGE journal title renewals.
