Indian publisher OMICS reported in Chronicle of Higher Education to be
threatening blogger Jeffrey Beall with lawsuit and criminal
prosecution, seeking $1B damages and prison time, presumably in the
Indian judicial system.  An article quoting the publisher's letter is
in the CHE article, not behind a paywall:
