"How legal it is to use in a classroom setting is the key question :
it would have to be licensed by the service, as our UK statutory
exceptions don't extend to film / sound recordings, and the ERA
licence covers digital terrestrial channels only for hard copy
recordings of off-air broadcasts, not on demand content."
