A quick search of UK PubMed Central shows at least 144 articles with
free full text by Robert Lefkowitz and at least 30 by Brian Kobilka.
Unfortunately, the ACS papers do not appears to be amongst them.

Our thanks to all those publishers who have made these papers freely
available - for all, not just a limited, time.
