The 5th Conference on Open Access Scholarly Publishing (COASP) will
this year be held at the Radisson Blu Latvija in Riga, September 18th
- 20th, 2013.

The program for COASP 2013 is under development and will be announced
as soon as the preliminary program is ready. Details of how to
register are to follow.
