Dear Colleagues,

My name is Kimberly Abrams and I am a librarian at Adelphi University
in Garden City, NY and am conducting research on the way in which
electronic resources management is organized in academic libraries.

As part of this research, I have created an anonymous online survey
and am asking for your participation if you are responsible for
ordering, licensing, paying invoices, creating records, maintaining
records, setting-up access, or troubleshooting access issues.  The
survey takes 10-15 minutes to complete and can be accessed by clicking
the link below or copying and pasting the link in your browser.

Please be assured that your anonymity is guaranteed as you will not be
required to identify yourself in order to complete the survey.  Data
will be confidential; only the investigator will have access to the
survey data and all results will be analyzed and reported in
aggregate.  However, there is a limit to the confidentiality that can
be guaranteed due to the technology itself.  Although the risk is
small, no guarantees can be made regarding the interception of data
sent via the Internet by any third parties. There is no penalty if you
should choose not to participate in this study or if you wish to
withdraw from participation at any time. The survey will be available
until October 24, 2013.
