Dear colleagues,

I am sending this message on behalf of the Board of the Academic
Libraries of Indiana (ALI) to explore potential interest in submitting
a Request for Information to provide identification, negotiation,
licensing, invoicing and other support services for electronic
information resources starting in 2017 for ALI. Please find the RFI
document attached and available online here:

A notice to submit a response should be provided no later than April
30, 2016, and proposals received prior to May 14, 2016 will be
considered. The Board will make a final decision concerning the RFI in
the summer.
