The program and speakers have been announced on the website for COASP
2013 http://oaspa.org/conference/conference-program/.

There is still time to register for the event, this year taking place
at the Radisson Blu Latvija in Riga from 18-20 September.

Registrations close on September 6th. See the conference website for
full details.
