I'd be glad to hear from research universities that either DO, or have
made a conscious and *thus* DO NOT, offer access to the Wall Street
Journal either to their whole community or to some defined subset of
it.  If you do, did you get help paying for it?  A superficial
look-around suggests that many do not.
